Additionally, Javelin PRO Duo’s intelligent stabilization feature makes measuring temperatures even easier. By pressing the touch pad, the Javelin PRO Duo will hold the stabilized temperature and beep to notify you. Peering into the oven and guessing for readings has become a thing of the past.
